There is no official information on the subject. This is my assessment as regards the de-novo system of SSB:
- If the de-novo system had to start, then it should have commenced in 2019 as per earlier plan.
- It is now nearing the end of 2020 & there is no news about the system being implemented.
- It is safe to assume that the idea of the de-novo system of SSB has been shelved for the time being.
